Before going to aerobics in the morning I make a protein shake for energy and nutrition. I buy unflavored protein and wanted to replace the chocolate syrup I was using. I like this product because not only is it made with organic ingredients, but it also uses dark chocolate (70% cacao which has many health benefits) and is lightly sweetened with evaporated cane juice. It is low in sugar (so if you want something really sweet, this isn't it) and is non-GMO. It gives me a great boost in energy for the day and I feel much more alive.
