Recommended Use for Males: Take 1-2 scoops with 4-6 oz. to 8-12 oz. of cold water or your favorite beverage. Use approximately 4-6 oz. of liquid per 1 scoop of powder. Vary the amount of your chosen liquid to acquire your desired flavor and consistency. Drink 1-4 servings daily, including after your workout to achieve your bodybuilding and fitness goals. To further increase protein intake and to create a milkshake-like consistency, try adding fat-free or low-fat milk in place of water.

This is the best tasting protein powder I have ever used and I have used many others. Unlike most protein powders, this one has 5 grams of creatine per scoop, making it an excellent post workout option if you are on a creatine cycle. I usually use 2 scoops of every protein powder but there's no need with this one because it has 5g of creatine and 29g of protein per scoop, and only needing one scoop at a time means it will last twice as long. So that offsets it high price a little but i still see it as pretty expensive for a protein powder but hey, putting Ronnie's name on it automatically bumps up the price so what can you do? When I make my post workout shake with one scoop and milk, it has the consistency of a slightly melted chocolate milkshake. This powder makes thicker shakes with one scoop than any other protein shake I've had when using 2 scoops. If I used 2 scoops with this, it might be too thick to drink comfortably.

My package came in the mail today but I was disappointed to see that I did not receive the Creatine XS that was supposed to come with the product as a bonus. That was the deciding factor in my purchase of this protein powder over another and I'm very disappointed in GNC for failing to send me what they advertised. I have not used the powder itself yet because I was going to incorporate it into my creatine cycle but seeing as said creatine was not delivered, I have to put a review of the actual product on hold. I may not be purchasing from GNC in the future because of this poor example of customer service.

The most important factors when choosing the right protein supplement is the taste and quality. Pro Antium, especially in the double chocolate cookie flavor is easy to drink and more importantly easy to digest! So many proteins cause stomach discomfort but this product seems to have the proper blend of different proteins and enzymes that help you avoid any digestion issues.

Very great tasting protein. I actually mixed very very little water with the product in a bowl to create a pasty texture, then froze it for 45 minutes and it tastes like ice cream!
