Day 1: Start by taking 1 capsule with 8 oz of cold water, 30 minutes before breakfast. Repeat 30 minutes before lunch. Day 2 and beyond: Depending on tolerance, take 2-3 capsules with 8 oz of cold water, 30 minutes before breakfast. Repeat 30 minutes before lunch. Do not take SUPERBURN within 6 hours of bedtime. I just finished my first bottle of this stuff and I would have to say it works. When i started, I was in 18/20 and now I'm 14/16. I haven't actually weighed myself yet(waiting til I can fit in 12/14). I work out 30-45 minutes(4xweek) in the morning(varies each day-cardio, kettlebell, HITT, or weight lifting) and I do a 3-5 mile walking dvd(4-5xweek)every evening. I do drink no less than 1/2 water a day but with this stuff you have to drink water as I was more thirsty than hunger. I ate very good 5 days a week and two cheat days a week however when I saw my clothes fitting differently, I"m finding myself only needing one cheat day as I'm really motivated to keep going and my eating habits are changing as I use to use food, candy and cakes when I was bored, sad, upset or whatever but now I'm mindful of things I use food for and try to find other outlets. I took the recommended dosage first thing in the morning on an empty stomach about 15-20 minutes before working out.My body heated up and stayed heated up for a while and I wasn't jittery at all and it gave me a nice energy boost. I'll comment again once I finish my second bottle and/or once I reach my 1st goal of fitting into a size 12/14 and then Ill be able to give you a total amount weight loss.btw, pills are big to me but you get use to them after a bit.

My wife and I have used it for a while. I work out 4 times a week, she once a week. We both have the same High protein-Low carbs based diet. She lost 23 lbs, I lost 47 lbs. The product helps very much, it keeps hunger down and energy levels up. Between both of us we have used 3 bottles, we take it three times a day. One pill, three times a day for one week and then two pills, three times a day since then. I tried three tables twice a day but it was to much for my stomach. We now are to change to another product for a while and will be able to compare it to this product. I will review again in a few months.

I've bought this supplement and I got something that I believe were fake pills. GNC was not helpful at all, just returning the money, and giving no explanation about the case (if it was really fake or not - the pills inside were not the same as the one showed in the label). Something worse could have happened if I'd taken more of those pills...no explanation, nothing from GNC neither from GAT. I still don't know what I was taking.

After reading all of the positive reviews I decided to give this product a try. While maintaining my current diet (750 calorie intake) and exercise routine (1.5 hours of cardio daily) I thought that this would be the perfect product to help me get through my weight loss rut. Clearly I was mistaken. I ended up gaining 9 pounds during the 6 week period while using this product. Considering that I am 5'2 and started using this product at 115lbs I was not very happy with the outcome.

I've looked at and tried plenty of Thermo-style products and can I can say it's been along time since I've taken one where I can actually feel that it's working. Some other brands I've tried have felt like I was just taking pills for the sake of taking pills. But not with Jetfuel. I could instantly feel it working in the right places (stomach area) and plan to purchase more.

Took JetFuel Superburn for the first time this weekend. I was sweating walking into the gym getting ready to start training, great workout I could really feel my core temperature rise and had a ton of energy. It sustained me all the way through my one hour of cardio. Great job GAT!!

I have been using supplements for over 10 years, many fat burners make promises, I only use a few brands I trust and GAT is one of them. I love their JetFuel original, so I was excited to try the new Superburn. I must say my appetite is curved but not deleted like some other fat loss pills. My body temp increases and I sweat like crazy during my workout, I can't wait to see the end result but I already lost water weight and dropped an additional 2 lbs the first two weeks with no cardio. Im sticking with the Jetfuel family for burning the fat!!
