Adults: Take 1 scoop one to two times daily. Mix each scoop with 4-6 fl. oz. of water. For occasional use only. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 10 weeks.
Other Ingredients: Natural and Artificial Flavors (Contains FD&C Blue #1), Citric Acid, Silicon Dioxide, Malic Acid, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium (Ace-K) Warning: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are of childbearing age, have cardiovascular disease, diabetes, hypertension, a prostate disorder or are taking prescription medication, following a low protein diet, taking lithium, have high blood pressure, glaucoma, and/or detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome). Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana mate) or natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra) or other drugs (ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep. Discontinue use if you experience adverse reaction, which might include but are not limited to hypersensitivity/allergy, nausea and vomiting. I workout at 5 am and sometimes it's tough to get going that early. 2 scoops of C4 before heading to the gym and within 15 minutes I am full of energy and get a good solid workout in without dragging myself around to each station. Definitely feel I get a couple extra reps in on each set taking the product versus not taking it.

this is probably a good preworkout if your pretty new to pwos, but if you have taken a bunch of different kinds like me you will be unimpressed. the affects are very mild, this is not a powerful pwo even at 2 or 3 scoops. taste is pretty good. not a terrible pwo but not too good either.

I used this while switching up my pre workotus.. i went from JACK3D to this.. and i loved it WAY more than JACK3D.
energy was amazing, i was def pumpin more iron.. i gained a few lbs on each of my lifts which was great cuz i plateaud.
i def recommend this to anyone wanting to boost their workouts..

This was a really great product, especially stacked with N03 by Cellucor. The taste actually tasted like blue raspberry. There was no chemical taste like many other pre-w/o's Iv'e tried in the past. My training experience was also good. I had energy as well as a full pump throughout my workout. I didn't crash halfway through. I was able to knockout some extra reps that I feel wouldn't have been possible without C4. Stack this with N03 for even crazier pumps and to see veins you didn't even know you had!!!
