i researched each of the ingredients in depth before making the choice to add this to my daily supplements... in this case - nightly supplement. good stuff!!! i workout at night so i take it right before i workout. it helps me get to sleep sooner and wake up sooner feeling renewed! i could tell a difference right away! (after the 2nd or 3rd usage)

This product was a complete waste for me. I bought this item to go along with the Methooxyburn and Guava products for weight loss. The product claims to help curb with late night cravings and to assist with sleep. Instead, this had the opposite effect on me. I have never had problems with sleeping nor with late night cravings, however, after taking it the first time an hour before sleeping I had the hardest time sleeping and I felt hungry in the middle of the night. I tried it for the second time and the same thing happened. I've had two consecutive sleepless nights. I'm going to stop taking it.
