I have a condition where my body reacts badly to any carbs. Since I can't always avoid them I gave this a try. I definitely noticed a difference while taking these, so it must block the carbs or else I would've been feeling bad. Just remember it does not give you a free ticket to eat all the carbs you want. It only blocks so much. Just watch what you eat, and this will give an extra boost.
