I will say that this stuff does work, and while not a miracle pill-when combined with a healthy diet and work at the gym, will get results. I have set new PR's in pretty much all I do. I am no competitive athlete, but I knew how much I was stuck at before taking this, and a month later here I am. I am going to do another month and then back off the sups. Also has helped with belly fat a little bit. I am one of those has the "four pack" and the last two hidden. Slowly but surely the last two are getting easier to see and the fat is flattening out. Easy to take, twice a day.

The testosterone boost is not so overwhelming that I feel nervous about taking this product. I also like the added CLA feature. I had, what I would call a "four pack" with that nagging little belly fat around the last "two". Within a couple of weeks of using this product, I began to notice my clothes were fitting looser, I was having to tighten my belt more, and that nagging little belly fat was beginning to disappear.
It does require the diet/exercise combo to achieve these results. And this product played a major role in helping me get the last "two" of the "six-pack" I was looking for.Pros

I've tried many test boosters, and most don't do anything. I had success with Gamma-O, however. I made no changes to my supplements besides adding it, and through the course of the bottle I shed some fat, and increased my strength. This was during recovery from shoulder surgery, so it provided a much needed boost to get back into things. It did affect my mood and lib ido positively, but realize it's not magic; you still have to put in the hard work.

I purchased this for my boyfriend in hopes that it would help with his testosterone levels and performance. His levels are at a 200 and he should be in the 400-500. He has been taking it now for 4 weeks and the only thing we have noticed is a slight increase in energy and weight loss. NO increase in level or li bi do at all.

I have to admit I was very sceptical, I am 52 years old and it is becoming more and more difficult to lift heavy. It says 30 days before you will see improvement, it only took 6 days before I noticed a marked improvement, I was lifting more weight and higher reps, I am hoping to see even more improvement in the days to come (will update).
