I loved this product the first time I tried it! iT'S a little bit of stirring if you don't use a mixer or shaker cup, which I usually don't but that's no problem. I mix it up with cold skim milk & it almost instantly gives me a lift & a great feeling of well being! The energy boost is steady one that lasts quite a while but isn't jittery...muscles are stronger & have more flexibility. I'm a big fan of this stuff!

I've been pretty loyal to Muscle Milk, but wanted to try something new and lower in carbs. Found this new protein blend. Tastes great and actually seems to thicken better. Also, it's lower in carbs.
