I've got a target for how much GLA I want to get each day for healthier skin and hair, and also to maintain my weight loss targets. What I particularly like about this is the high concentration of GLA, which lets me get my dose with fewer capsules. Since I started taking this, I've been recently complimented on my skin tone and shiny hair. In fact, a few people have reached out to touch my hair and marvel at how shiny it is. I'm really satisfied with the product and take it daily with each meal.
