Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) with 4 to 6 oz. or mix 2 servings (2 scoops) with 8 to 12 oz. of cold water or skim milk in a glass or shaker cup. Use between major meals and after exercise. This formula replace the one that had real Oreo cookies. I realy loved the other formula taste mixed with milk. But this one teste even better with cold water. For a year I've been using this product (the before and after formula) without any other supplement and I can see the results. Is not cheap but you will not need to much of other supplements because it have almost evrything you need. If you want to use it before workout do it at least with two hours otherwise you will be passing gas around the GYM.

I love this product, and if i wasnt buying cell tech ( becuase stacking cell tech with nitro tech is way to much creatine for me) i would get this protein all the time. I have no complaints and I have seen gains as well. No clumps, not chalky at all. Cookies and cream tastes amazing. Deffintley the best protien ive had. Go try it for yourself! 10/10
