Supplement Facts

1MR™ is an extremely powerful workout tool that is to be consumed on workout days only.

Suggested Use: USE ON TRAINING DAYS ONLY. Take 1 serving (1 scoop) approximately 15-30 minutes prior to training, blended into 6-8 ounces of cold water or beverage, or as suggested by a qualified healthcare practitioner.

Important Note(s): Do not exceed (1) serving (1 scoop) per training day. Avoid eating food or drinking a protein shake within an hour after consuming 1MR™. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within (4) hours of bedtime. Taking 1MR™ with food, or on a full stomach, may diminish its effects. Why Do Athletes Use It?*

Some athletes say that phosphorus helps improve endurance.

What Do the Advocates Say?*

Phosphate is an important component of the high-energy compounds essential for muscle function, as well as compounds that participate in oxygen delivery to muscle. Phosphates can also act as acid neutralizers, which might have effects on fatigue. Some studies have shown that phosphate supplementation improves endurance performance, but others have not.

How Much Is Usually Taken by Athletes?

The use of alkalinizing agents, such as sodium bicarbonate, sodium citrate, and phosphate salts (potassium phosphate, sodium acid phosphate, and tribasic sodium phosphate) to enhance athletic performance is designed to neutralize the acids produced during exercise that may interfere with energy production or muscle contraction.1 Some double-blind studies, though not all, have found that sodium bicarbonate or sodium citrate typically improves exercise performance for events lasting either 1 to10 minutes or 30 to 60 minutes.2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 The amounts used are 115 to 180 mg of sodium bicarbonate or 135 to 225 mg of sodium citrate per pound of body weight. These amounts are dissolved in at least two cups of fluid and are taken either as a single ingestion at least one hour before exercise or divided into smaller amounts and taken over several hours before exercise. Performance during periods of less than one minute or between 10 and 30 minutes is not improved by taking alkalinizing agents.11, 12, 13, 14, 15 Sodium citrate may be preferable to sodium bicarbonate because it causes less gastrointestinal upset.16 Another alkalinizing agent, phosphate salts, has been investigated primarily as an endurance performance enhancer, with very inconsistent results.17, 18

    i tried N.O. explode and liked it, watched some reviews on 1MR and it seemed to be even better, i ordered a contianer of it, after only taking it 5 times i decided to give it away, each time it made me feel like my system has been overloaded, to the point where i didnt even want to work out anymore, it just containes to much caffeine and sugar for me, i am not saying its a horrible supplement but its to much for me, getting sample size would have saved me money

        The local GNC store rep highly recommended this product. Having used various pre-workout products in the past, I have to say this is by far the worst. After a week and a half of using it I can say that the only thing I have felt is utter disgust for having actually paid money for it. Not only have I not felt any boost in energy or performance, a few of my workouts felt like they actually suffered from having taken this product.

          Everyone who knows the old 1MR knows it was probably the best pre-workout energy supplement out there. The only issue with it was the taste, but the new one is different! This one tastes good, mixes very well, and works even better than the old one! Great pumps, insane energy!

              I was a little skeptical using this the first time, hearing mixed reviews about it. But eager for a new Pre-Workout, I gave it a try. I drank on the way to the gym, about 15 minutes before my workout, and right after my quick cardio warmup, I could tell it was kicking in. It seemed I zoned out everything except the working out, and was able to increase each weight excercise by atleast 10 lbs, and row 2km at a personal best

              If your looking for that jolted awake feeling this product will do it for you. It gave me a great energy boost suprisingly there was no crash even though it does contain as much caffine as three cups of coffee. The two main cons I found with this product is the caffine intake and the taste. It has a really gritty cough syrup taste, and as far as the caffine my body became dependent upon high doses of caffine, but please remember not every consumer is different and reacts different

                  The old formula was much better. This new formula sucks. Within minutes of taking it it creates a burning sensation to your skin and its not pretty. Redness is visible and it looks like you got burned in a tanning bed. I would not recommend taking this new formula, many other better products to choose from.
