I have been using the Stack for Pre and Post Workout for just a little while, but feel the full effects of a Pre-workout Drink, a Nitrix Oxide Maximizer and volumizer for fuller pump, as well as the recovery effects of the post workout that helps deliver the right nutrients to my body. It's like taking 3-4 other products combined in one great Stack! I mix the Pre with my Surge Protein for amazing taste and great Results. I am exited for the upcoming weeks and the results. If the results are even 1/2 as good as I feel while on the Stack and the Surge Protein, I will truly evolve into a Real "Badd - A" I feel my workouts that have been taken to another level. when I'm done - I want more!

I was given a sample of Stack Pre/Post mix from a friend to try on my marathon training. I used the Pre mix product 15 minutes before our 20 mile run. I was suprised that I was able to maintain the pace and fitness the entire training session. I still used my gu products to help fuel during the run and water breaks.
I used the Post mix immediately after the run and I was able to recover quickly with little to no lactic acid in the legs.
I used it again for a marathon and I was able to perform at the highest level and able to improve on my time from a previous race.
I would recommend using this product to help meet your fitness goals.Pros

This product really gave me the pump I was looking for in my workout without the 'jitters' that I have had with other products that I've used in the past! I love how well it mixes... and I love the single serve packs that eliminate the need for carrying around a tub of product, and then all the mess that is created when trying to mix it, and tring to get it into water bottles!
