Great blender once I realized you have to turn it until it locks. I bought this because I saw a friend using one. I admit, his did stop working after a couple times of using it but he took it back to the store and they gave him another one with no problem. So I purchased one and the first one did not work and I had to take it back and they gave me another one with no problem. I did make sure it worked before I left the store. Now I use it every other day or so. Easy to clean and it freezes well too. That way I do not have to make my smoothies everyday. I own the deluxe blender set and love all the extra attachments. I love it but everything is not for everybody so you would have to try it for yourself, keep your receipt and return it if you don't like it.

The blender is great. I use it every day to make smooth and delicious smoothies. It really breaks down the ice. The cup selection is also very good for on the go. I really do like it. Next is their customer service if the gasket on the blender lid breaks. There are essentially two gaskets in the set (blender and juicer lids.). I am on the second and holding on by a thread. I have called GNC's customer service department to inquire how I can get another. I am on my third call so far over a period of 7 days and again the call will be "expedited" and a supervisor will call me. Holding out hope but.....

I purchased this product in December. Absolutely LOVE it when I can use it. The seal on the blade attachment comes off from time to time. So I cleaned up a few messes and moved on. Thursday the blade sliced the seal and is now unusable. I rely on this blender 3 times a day. I called GNC and was referred to a service company. They took my information and would call me back "in the order received". This was Thursday morning. Never received a call and called back this morning, Saturday. Sorry... not open. We will return on Monday. Called GNC back and was told "Sorry, cannot do anything for you. Is there anything else you need?" My reply... "Umm... No thank you. Not when you do NOT stand behind your products". I'll let you know what happens Monday.

I wasn't sure of what I wanted so, I figured I would go the inexspensive route, since I am new and inexperienced. After talking with the GNC sales Rep. and READING THE DIRECTIONS I have learned to use it properly and have been doing great job creating different juice combos. It is noisy but the performance is great. I have had it for a month and a half, it is still holding out.

I purchased this item because I wanted to get into a smoothie routine and liked that I could blend in the same container and pop a lid on and go. I already have a blender but wanted something similar to a nutribullet or bullet. I chose this because it was an affordable alternative for me. I used frozen berries almond milk and a banana, the blender would not work at all. I ended up using my own blender and transferring to the cup that comes with the set. I really do like the set of cups and attachments, just wish the blender had some power to it. I'm sure my husband can use it for his protein shakes or something.

At first I thought this product was amazing. Easy clean up was what I like most about it. The only thing was after 2 months it stopped working. Within the first month it shut off for awhile then afterwards month2 it stopped working completely

Im on the go every 5 minutes it seems like anymore so this helps out more then anyone could believe with all the travel lids and glasses that are in the package

I have had this approximately two months. The O-ring on the blade has split. I called today to request a replacement. I get an oversees call center who takes my name and number, and will have a product specialist call me back. No time frame, no ETA. So I have to wait for someone to call me back, before they even begin to process the replacement. I do not dish wash the blade assembly after every use, I rinse and set out out to dry. Hopefully they make it right, or I'll see about exchanging at the store, or moving to a ninja or magic bullet.

I am currently deployed to southwest asia. I use this device religiously/daily. I love it. The only con so far is, I used a regular sponge(yellow/rough green)the green side scratch up the plastic blender. Only a cosmetic scratch. Blender itself is awesome.

I bought the GNC On-The-Go Blender last year because I was looking for a smaller, less bulky and space occupying blender to make smoothies. I loved it. When I saw the deluxe on sale, I had to get it. I love the extra cups and the included straws. It makes it easy to carry a smaller drink and not transfer the smoothie to another cup. I love all the extra attachments. The blending is quick and easy and handles frozen fruits and ice very well. The only downside is storing because there are so many extra accessories. I've had to dedicate a shelf in a cabinet for all the cups and lids. Other than that, this blender is amazing!
