This machine was being used to make smoothies, with fresh fruit, juice, and ice. I used it three times and during the third use, it stopped working suddenly and did not work since. I was not overloading the container, I would put the ice in one cube at a time so not to overload it. I thought I was getting a great deal with it being on sale, but it turns out, it wasn't worth the sale price, never mind the full price.

Blender works great. Got all the accessories, nice size to leave sitting on the counter, etc. But the gasket, much like others have stated, is now in three pieces and I can't get a replacement for it anywhere. If GNC would only sell the replacement gaskets, I think the ratings on these blenders would be a heck of a lot higher.

bought this to quickly blend Herbalife shakes. the motor burned out and stopped working by the second week. I gave the blender the benefit of the doubt and bought another one and that one lasted less than 5 days. Do not buy this blender. I first bought the black cap one then the red. Neither were worth it.

I bought it for myself for Christmas. It worked well for a month and the gasket broke into 3 peices. I read the Q/A and can not beleave the response to get a whole new blender for a 10cent gasket?!?! I don't think I will shop GNC again till I see an apology to the answer to the question

I'm an athlete and a trainer, I use this product on a consistent basis - probably more than the average consumer would. My diet consists of a lot of protein shakes and this blender has more than served it's purpose. I received it as a Christmas Gift from my mother in 2011 and it's still running strong today. I love that it's easy to clean and it almost whips my protein ingredients like a milk shake. I've used it with standard "ice-maker" ice from the freezer and it didn't disappoint; but I most often blend frozen fruits, egg whites, protein powder and almond milk for a creamy post-workout shake!

i had the old grey one and after about 6 months it started to smell when blending, i continued to use it and it ending up burning so much it started smoking
i had to buy this newer one after 6 months use of the the old grey trim one
i am very upset that this blender didnt last, i dont wanna shell out 20 dollars every 6 months for a blender- Was this a gift?:
