Yet another scam on the public by the infamous Dr. Oz. When are we going to "get it" that the man may be a doctor but he is mostly a "TV personality" trying to get us to watch his show. I used this product as prescribed by Dr. Oz (400 mg a half hour before meals - 3x a day). After two bottles the official weigh in ...did not lose an ounce. The only loss was to my wallet.

This product is great! I have been using it for about 2 1/2 weeks now. I've lost about 2-3 pounds but the inches are falling off, mainly in my belly area, and I see a difference in my thighs. 1 pill, twice a day before meals. It's that simple. I do walk about two or three times a week but the first week I took the pills I didn't and still noticed a change. It has no side affects and I really feel more energized than I ever have.
