I was incredibly surprised at how well this worked at keeping me satisfied by my food all day while on my diet. I have a hard time staying full when I am on a deficit of calories, but this helped me to stay full and not have horrible cravings all day. Highly recommended!

This did not work at all. I would take at 3:00 p.m. and by 5:00 p.m. would be starving. Do not buy this product. It is a true waste of money. I think they pushed it on me because it was new.

I had gotten desperate for weight loss and thought about buying this at gnc. I noticed within the first day that my eating was different. I love working out and i love lifting weights, but my appetite is a huge disservice to me. i remember eating about half as much and actually had the thought "im satisfied!" after 2 months of taking it everyday. i managed to workout about 1 hour in the mornings with a 5 hour energy + cardio and ive managed to shed 25 lbs. i went from 310 to 285lbs. great product,I recommend. Dont be fooled, this is no magic fatloss pill. You eat less = calorie deficit + exercise = weightloss!!!!!!!

This product did not work at all. I know you can't depend on appetite suppressents or any diet pill to be your miracle, but I did expect my appetite to maybe calm down some, but it did almost the opposite. I actually gained weight taking these pills.

I was really excited to try this new product because I work out regularly, but I tend to snack more than I should. This product didn't do anything for me. I couldn't even tell I had taken it! Don't go for this; I tried Fastin and it worked wonders for me.
