I mix mine up as directed.... thank I add crushed ice to it and shake it up more. I really enjoy it. The kids joke that Mom is having her after dinner snack. I Love it. I have been using the product for about 3 months now and have no intentions on changing.

My family has been drinking this product for yrs. We've tried it w/V8 Fusion but it tastes best in APPLE JUICE. I add a little water too & mix it in a Pampered Chef pitcher & keep in fridge. My 5-yr old even drinks this & none of us have been sick this winter. Even with the flu going around, we have avoided it by drinking this daily. I swear by it. I've even referred abt 4 families to drink to keep everyone healthy. I like the greens & antioxidant blend too, cancer fighter. I tell everyone abt this product, esp for prevention of sickness.

There is another GNC powder boost in Veggie that is really good. I switched to this for my morning veg/fruit smoothie additive and it is absolutely terrible. The taste, the smell...it evens ruins strawberry/banana smoothie. How can anything ruin a straw/ban?!
