I was at GNC and the stores manager talked me into getting two of the big bottles. He said EVERYONE was buying these and they would work well. WELLLLLL I took one full bottle of them exactly as directed at the max dose.... I didn't loose a pound! It was none stimulant which is what I was looking for but it didn't do anything but make my wallet lighter! I like cellucore C4 but I was so upset with this product!

i bought 2 bottles of 90 pills, based off of help at the GNC store and knowing i didn't want a stimulant. I started with the 1 pill before each meal 3 times a day, then went to max 2 before each meal. I'm now 3/4 the way through the 180 pills, have lost 3 pounds.

You take 3 of these as soon as you wake up. It gives you all day appetite control. There is no caffeine so it doesn't make you jittery. The ingredients are listed and are all safe. There are no "proprietary" ingredients. It's expensive, but GNC will price match if you find it cheaper somewhere else. Take it for no more than 8 weeks.

Ok. I work for GNC and wanted to give a review for this product. It is a STIMULANT FREE product.Do not expect any energy if any. It tells you for maximum weight loss take 2 servings(6 pills)a day.If you can't handle the pills, this is NOT the product for you.You would take this 3 pills in the morning, 3 pills before you hit the sack.YES the ingrediants are based off the famous daytime show.Finally, does it work?YES, however it requires dedication and patience. It is a natural weight loss support. Natural can range from a month to three months.RESULTS DEPEND ON THE PERSON.It is a pricy product taking the max dose, but buying individually would be MORE pills and MORE money.I have been losing weight even after just having my daughter! Hopefully I was of help!

I was skeptic at first cause I've tried other products in the past. This was recommended by a GNC employ. I combined it with the cellucor Super HD.I exercise 5 times a week. I was having trouble dropping pounds but I'm happy to say this product has worked for me. Everyone's body is different so it may work for some or may not. I've lost 3 lbs in 4 days. I'll write another review when I'm done with the bottles.
