This product works! As an apatite suppressant it works great until the end of the day. It's acceptable though since you only take it once in the morning.
If your not used to caffeine, watch out! You will be really full of energy in the morning, heck, it's almost made me a morning person! :Don't take any extra caffeine with it, I would suggest getting enough sleep during the night instead of trying to boost your energy level with an energy drink. Seriously, I did it and I felt like my heart was going to beat out my chest.
I noticed a week into taking this pill that I started getting a reaction about 30 minutes after taking the pill. My shoulders and neck started getting red and it felt like I got sun burned. It seems like a reaction to the thermogenic. I remedied this by simply drinking lots of water with the pill.
Overall it seems to be helping me stick to a stricter diet.Comments about Image Sports DEXYFEN™:
I am a 45 year old female, 5'9". I weigh 155 pounds on average. I told the GNC employee that I wanted something comparable to Adipex-P. He recommended this product. I took the one pill, and started to feel flushed, and then my arms started to feel hot and itchy. I then started to feel nauseated. Forced myself to drink water to try to dilute the poison! I had to lay down for about 2 hours and then the rest of the day I felt "off". Wasted a Saturday! I needed to clean my house. :( I took them back and exchanged them for the Raspberry pills. Somewhat apprehensive to start taking them, but after reading these reviews, it sounds like they are ok. Be warned, if you are not overly overweight. I will say that my husband, who is about 6' - 200 pounds, was not affected the way I was.

Awesome product recieved this as a sample pack, for fat burning pre workout and used with a cutting stack with Anabolic Whey 60. Flawless product immidently starts working! all you want to do is keep pushing and striving in the gym and for whatever workout you do. It is a pretty strong product but one before workout will do well. Amazing product had to go up and purchase the product itself... Simply Amazing!

I used this for five weeks. I lost very little weight, but to be honest, I only needed to lose 5 pounds, or so. I bought it at what I thought was a good price. It was not as effective as OxyElitePro or others I have used. I lost almost no weight and no decernable body fat. While running, it raised my heart rate to a dangerous 172 routinely over 5 or 6 miles. I am 49 and prior to using this my heart rate averaged 155 or less over 5 miles at 5K race pace. While working out in the weight room, my energy levels flagged very early in my work out. I would have been better off with out any thermogenic. Leave this one alone.
