Turned 50 in 2012. Had been having mild instances of the things you read about re ageing men and prostate issues for a couple of years; having to get up at night = particularly annoying. Had the "take your wristwatch off first, doc!" check but nothing untoward was found. And yet same issues. Read about saw palmetto in a book - GNC brand highly recommended in it for both quality and price. Started taking 2 pills with breakfast. After a week the nuisance feelings were gone. Works for me so going to keep taking, and getting from GNC since the sales/bulk prices are great. Strongly recommend at least trying it.
