It took too long for it to work. I took three of these things a day and I would not shed a pound. I do weights and cardio three hours a day and this doesn't help at all. It did help control my appetite.

this product works great ... IF U HAVE THE PROPER DIET !!!!! this product only works WELL if you are taking in little to no carbs because it makes ur body burn fat before carbs. so u turn ur carbs (that u already have ) to fat and then u burn the fat and dont replace the carbs...DONE !!!!

I work out 4 days a week and watch what I eat but needed a boost. I cannot take any supplements with stimulants and the CLK was a good choice, expensive, but an option to help control snacking while at work. I take 2 in the am and 2 after lunch. It does control my appetite and there are no negative side effects. I can't say I have lost any weight due to taking this product and for that reason it is VERY expensive. I would love to find something that is natural and stimulant free that costs less. I would not recommend this if you think you are going to lose weight, you won't, even with working out and eating right, this product will not be a big fat burner. But it has cut my snacking between meals.

took entire bottle: 6 capsules daily (2 with each meal). It did not give me energy. There were no negative side effects. My appetite decreased significantly. I did lose a few pounds, which i believe is due to eating less (went from eating about 2,000 cals daily to about 1,200. I would only recommend this product to those who have a huge appetite.

I am absolutely amazed by this product. Thank you Cellucor! I am a 39 year old female and workout 6 days a week. I was starting my 3rd week of Tapout XT workout routine and have felt stuck for approximately 5 weeks with losing 8-10 lbs to reach my goal weight of 130. I weighed in Sunday 11/11 at 139 and I purchased CLK Tuesday 11/13 and started taking them the same day. I weighed myself Thursday 11/15 and weighed 137. I weighed myself again on Friday 11/16 and was down to 135. Now I don't typically weigh myself everyday, but I wanted to track myself daily for purposes of writing this review. Sundays are my normal weigh in days so I weighed in 11/18 and I am now down to 133, just 3 lbs away from my goal weight. I can't believe how well these pills work. Of course I really watch what I am eating and I am doing an extreme workout routine 6 days a week. I was very skeptical about taking any type of weight loss pills, but I can honestly say I am very pleased with CLK.
