I took this before a football practice today it was amazing. we did over 40 mins of runing up and down a hill and my muscles have never felt better. If your looking to sustain energy and keep yourself going all workout/practice/any thing this is a great product i will buy it again. P.S dont take too big of a swig it doesnt taste soo good anymore
