I used this Rasberry Ketone with green coffee bean at the suggestion of the GNC salesperson. I followed the directions faithfully and lost 12 pounds with the first bottle. Im now on my second and have lost an additional 4 pounds so far. The energy that I get and general overall well being are well worth it. i love this product. I havent tried anything else and i dont think i will.

I am already on my second bottle, and bought in sales this time around. I loooove that it has raspberry ketones AND green coffee bean -- both diet ingredients recommended by the TV doctor!! What i really like is easy to use (small pills) and works fast. Curbs my appetite and gives me more energy (tho funny, because there are no stimulants in it), must be because it's making me so much healthier. I've lost 21 pounds with the first bottle, and now on my second. I have 19 more stubborn pounds to go. Lol. I have my husband using this too, and all of my friends. HIGHLY recommended to use this!! you will love it too!

I'm not overweight but I have put on couple of extra pounds during summer. I was hoping that this will help me get more energy and lose 4-5 pounds but not only I didnt lose it, I didnt even get any extra energy!!!! I think a good solid diet and exertcise works better than anything else.

I had my 3rd baby March of 2012 and I am now 37 years old I started taking the product in June and I not only weigh less than I did before I was pregnant (145 lbs) but I have remained the same weight (118Lbs) for months now. I do not have time to work out although I use my daughter for leg lifts, arms weights etc and I am disciplined in my diet, most days, but when I ran out and had to wait a week to get it I definitely felt a difference in my energy levels as well as my appetite. I love this product and would and have recommended it to my friends!!

A friend recommended this product to me and I start taking it on Jan. 09,2013. From day one I will have to say that recognized a different in my stomach area. I've read some reviews that was negative and individuals said that they didn't see a different. Everyone body is different and I would have to say that the first thing that I began to lose were inches. I have been on the products now for a week and I have lose not only inches but 3 lbs. I will continue with the product and give it a chance before I give up, after all I've already paid for it. I would say before you say it is not working make sure you haven't lose inches. Oh, sometimes I do feel a little hungery but that's because I will take the pills and not eat within 30 minutes from taking them.
I will say give it a try before giving up. I will post again in another week.Pros

I knew this product wouldn't be a miracle pill as I am overweight but it had absolutely zero effect on me at all. I sit all day at work but I planned on using these pills to boost my energy and make me feel fuller after breakfast and lunch. I tried both ways, before and after I eat and they had no effect. Again, I don't exercise a ton and I sit all day but I did expect to feel some change. I can't recall any positive effect they had on me, they also had minimal negative effects as well. Maybe this product is for people who only need to shed 3 lbs not 30?

I could tell a difference from day one. It was a little pricey but I definitely got what I paid for. I'm shaving fat off and trying to build muscle at the same time and the pill does not prevent me from doing so. My diet is not super strict but I am staying under 2000 calories a day, doing a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio 4 days a week, and lifting weights 4 days a week.
