I work in law enforcement and took this as a suggestion from a fellow officer. I've taken jet fuel, oxypro, and a bunch of other thermogenics and I can say I barely felt anything during a month of taking these pills. I run about 3 miles every morning and go to the gym after my shift a few times a week. I will be looking for something new that will give me an energy boost and will control my appetite in the coming days. I would not suggest these pills.

Start off with one capsule for one week than increase by two capsule there after n eat small portions but healthly stuff leave the sugar at a minimum and eat lightly.

I have been taking this about 2 weeks now. I dont take it everyday, and sometimes i only take 1 pill. I dont exercise everyday although i really try to do so everyday. And still I have lot 6 pounds. It suppresses my appetite so i dont be eating as much. So it works for me BUT for hours after i take the pills i feel like something is lodged in my throat and that sensation makes me want to drink water also like a warm sensation in my throat which is weird and kind of annoying. So im constantly drinking water.
It makes me burp A LOT!
I get unusual stomach aches after i eat.
Makes my bowels more frequent and runny.
It feels like as soon as i eat it tries to kill the food lol and eliminate it immediately.
Ive gotten the jitters after taking it a couple of times but when i ate something it went away.
So you may not have this side effects. I can only speak for myself. I dont mind the side effects for the results im getting and i dont even be taking them as recommended nor do i exercise daily. Oh and ive lost inches all over my body, dont know exactly but i can see in the mirror and tell in my clothes.Pros

I loved this product until they changed it to a single pill. I was able to reach my weight goal with this product and was maintaining it with only taking 2 pills a day. I don't like the way the single dose a day makes me feel. With being able to control the amount that I was taking it was effective. I also hike and do alot of outdoor activity and this product worked great for giving me that extra boost that I needed right before working out . I am no longer taking this product because I can not control the dose.

I have been taking this product for about 2 weeks and I have already lost a few pounds more than I would have without it. Don't get me wrong this does not work miracles, you have to workout to lose weight. I workout 4 days a week doing at least 20 min cardio and 60 min weight lifting. I have noticed a significant difference in my energy level when I workout and when I'm not working out. The best thing about this product is that it does not make you jittery like other fat burning products. I also watch my calories but I still eat junk food just less of it. I suspect that if I ate better food I would see better results.
