Taking the morning pill helps boost your energy for the gym and controls your hunger. The afternoon pill makes me sick to my stomach until dinner time, then hunger kicks in. I have been using for 3 weeks now. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week and do intense workouts. I watch what I eat and count calories. So far I have gained 4 pounds and lost nothing. This pill only gives me energy and so far has not help me lose any weight.

I am so excited about the improvements of the Lipo 6 Ultra Concentrate. I had used it before, but when you had to take tons of pills a day. Now you only have to take one pill twice a day! So much better. Also, I'm not jittery! I feel energetic, but not like i'm on drugs. I'm 22 and weight 222, hoping to drop 50 lbs. I try to work out at least 3 times a week, also am eating relatively healthy. I'll definitely repost in a week to tell you all how it has been working.

Today is Tuesday, started taking a pill a day since Saturday..oh boy! Even when I felt lazy, this pill gave me so much energy, I had to get up and hop around :)
I lost 4 lbs already. I keep active everyday but my diet is not super clean..I need to get better at that. Needless to say, if you want to shed fat and tone up, this will help greatly. I build muscle faster than I lose fat, so I was frustrated with that. Started Lipo 6 for Her, well that is exactly what I needed to burn fat faster.
Please do exercise or at least, take brisk walks, you'll feel your body steaming and that's where all the magic happens.

I use this product 4 yrs ago and did work with moderate work out.
I'm trying out this product for the 2nd time. The only difference between the one I used 4 yrs ago was a gray/yellowish bottle which you add 1 pill more after end day another pill the 3rd day until you reach 4th day. And this new one only 2 pills a day. Today (3-8-2013) took the first pill (afternoon pill) this thing gave me soooo much energy!!! When I was using treadmill physically I wanted to quit!!! Like I said above, I've finally fund what I've been looking for in a Fat Burner. As soon as I take it with my full eight ounces of water I immediately feel this burst of energy without the jitters. That's what I've been lookin for. It suppresses my appetitie longer than my prescribed well known food suppressant. I am able to work out longer without feeling tired too fast and for some reason I feel stronger in just two weeks. I highly recommend this product and pray they do not change a thing about it. You know how companies change things once people are beneifiting from it. By the way I've lost 6lbs since I started taking these supplements and I can't imagine what I will be weighing in the next 90 days. I have tried taking this with and without my prescribed food suppressant and it works either way but I've found it to be more effective with it.

I've been taking it for a week so far. My main problem is that I can't take it on an empty stomach, it makes me really nauseas. I'm only taking it one pill a day (instead of 2 a day) and I do get the energy, but around 2:00pm (I take it around 9am) that energy is gone and I feel really tired. I will start taking the 2nd pill today.
Aside from that, it helps me to be focus and I lost 4pounds in a week, but I do have to pull some breathing exercises because it can make me anxious as well.
