        both flavors are tasty but I prefer fruit punch. pretty good energy boost and about 3g creatine. nice to get multiple important ingredients from one product.

          Had to update my review. Seems my body still doesnt care for caffeine. been taking this for about 2-3 weeks, and its slowly lost its effectiveness and i start getting very tired after taking it. caffeine has an affect on your nervous system. it makes me go to the bathroom right after taking it. ill have to try vega, more things without caffeine, or just fruit/veg. smoothies

            for someone who deals with some anxiety/hyperventilating issues and has a weak stomach this hasnt affected any of them. but ive learned to breathe and focus properly. ive taken it for about a week, and it gives me a little kick with one scoop. may try 2 soon. i dont get very dehydrated and it doesnt seem to sit on my stomach. i usually do it on an empty stomach.

            I bought this a couple days ago to give it a shot since I've been taking the same pre-workout for the past 1 1/2 year. I take it about 20 minutes pre-workout. I like that this has simple/basic ingredients and nothing out of the ordinary. Worked well for me during the last couple of workouts. Gave me clean energy and didn't give me the jitters or shakes. Only downside is that it felt like it sat in my stomach for a while.

                I was so not impressed w/ the taste and I did not get any boost out of it. C4, Assult, and C4 are what I usually take for pre-workout and am really happy w/ those. This one just didn't jive w/ me.

                  Take 30 min before my morning workout. With 4 kids, i cant have my workouts completely take all of my energy and this helps me not only get through my workout but also boost my energy enough to complete daily tasks. love it and will buy again

                    I was using amp extreme 60 and getting good results but now with the help of MARKED I get twice the reps which is what I base my whole workout around. More reps not more weight. All I can say is YES!!! It gives me good energy about an hour before so I'm pumped when I get to the gym and get a better workout feeling less sore and having more energy till the end. One side note, wash it down with about 3 full glasses of water to help digestion and hydration, and drink plenty of water during and after workouts. Only down side is I feel slightly dehydrated until I get to about 10 glasses of water total, post-workout.

                      At first I was a little skeptical with it being a new brand from Marky Mark but after taking it I have no doubts that this has been the best PWO so far.

                      It literally gives a smooth transition into the energy and strength, and a smooth transition out.

                      I don't feel WIRED but I do feel ENERGIZED!

                      Right now I am loving it. Blue Raspberry tastes pretty good and I like the formulation of the powder, easily gets absorbed into into the water.

                      I hope that this product stays around for a while!
