I was only able to use 1 scoop out of this because it tore my stomach up pretty bad. Turns out I can't have whey. No fault of the product at all, my stomach just didn't agree with it. It's a shame too because this is by far the best tasting shake I have ever had.

I use it as a daily part of my diet. I take it in the morning as a smoothie as part of my breakfast. On workout days I take it 30 minutes after the next day I can. Feel the difference than if I didn't take it. Tastes great too .

I don't seem to find much of a difference between protein products in terms of how I feel after taking it. I "expect" a certain amount of muscle soreness and for it to last a day or so. I started taking this and found it to meet my expectations. It's a good flavor chocolate and is made with cocoa. It's a little low on calories compared to some other products, coming in at 130 a scoop. I mix it with milk but it still tastes good with water as I've had to do that when I run out of milk. I'm a big Syntha-6 user and find that this product ranks right up there with the best. Mixes well in a shaker bottle too.

I used to take GNC's wheybolic extreme religiously
and loved it but the price kept climbing and climbing, saw this hit stores and decided to switch , and this stuff works, equal gains, better taste, equal recovery, and better price, Gourmet Chocolate is incredible, have also tried Vanilla and its really good too, and it mixes easy , I use half milk half water and take after my workouts 1.5 scoops (30 gms pro), again the taste is awesome no lumps no aftertaste all good, would be nice if it came in a 3 lb tub, overall very satisfied- Gender:

I've just started my worout routine again, after taking a few years off from Hockey. I used to tak Isopure and simlar products that I could hardly get down due to the very chalky taste. The MARKED products have been very effective, and the taste of the Whey mix is excellent. Straight water taste like chocolate milk, or as per the other review - use warm water to make it taste like hot chocolate.
