As a dietary supplement, mix 1 level scoop of MYO-BLITZ™ with 6 ounces of water and drink immediately on an empty stomach 30 minutes before training. DO NOT take more than 1 scoop per day. DO NOT exceed recommended use.

[2 stars] It has been speculated that AAKG may increase production of nitric oxide, a substance known to enhance blood flow. In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

I play collegiate football and I took this as a pre before our morning workout. It gave me a great pump at first but about half way through our workout I started to get jittery to the point I was shaking and got sick having to sprint to the bathroom. Other than that it seemed to be working and taste great.

I purchased this along with the Testogen-XR Orange Creamsicle. I have used other pre-training mixes before, but wanted to try something designed to work together with a testosterone booster. This came with a sample of the Fruit Punch Fusion flavor. That was not a good experience. Watermelon Rage is a much better option for me. I am now mixing this with the Testogen-XR before I work out in the morning. I get up at 4AM to start my workout, and I really feel like the Myo-Blitz helps me wake up and get going.

I take this product normally 20 min before training and sometimes Ill mix is up in a 20oz bottle and sip on it sipping my training so I have constant energy and pump through out my 2 hour training session. Gives me really good boost of energy, never crash from the product, has a great taste which great for when dieting. Overall I would recommend this to any athlete or any person just looking for a boost for there workouts

I decided to give the Ronnie Coleman signature series a try, so far no disappointment. This is the BEST tasting pre-workout ever! It doesn't give me jittery energy, but wakes me up and gives me sick pumps! I love it! Currently taking it with Testogen-XR. So far so good!

The product was intended to be a pre workout. FIrst off if you say its the best tasting pre workout supplement it better taste good and this is horrible I almost threw up drinking it. It is so overpriced because it has Ronnie Colemans name on the product. Don't get me wrong, he is a great athlete and bodybuilder one of my favorites but this product was a disappointment. I have tried other N.O. Based products Jack3d 1MR etc. Those are all way cheaper and taste alot better and work effectively. It was a good try but Ronnie didnt deliver on this.
