used A-HD in pill form on last cycle and wanted to try in powder and it is great, notice gains in strenght and size, feel more energized and ready to go everyday, Rush is a first for me and it is great also i take with 1MR and notice im lifting more weights and wuick recovery time, a must buy with Build HD and Blox

i have been taking this product for 3 weeks now and it has helped recovery, tastes great and helps boost male stamina, if you know what i mean. it is sort of a pain to take 2-3 hours before workout and it has directions to take with food but i have not had any adverse effects by taking it on an empty stomach.

I am 2 weeks into a 4-week program from one of my fitness magazines. During this time I've stacked several BPI products. I take the A-HD every morning. Then I take 1.M.R 30 minutes before my workout. About a third of the way in I take the RUSH. Then I take the BLOX close to the end of my workout, and finally take the BUILD-HD as soon as I finish. I also take the BLOX and BUILD-HD on non-training days as directed.
In 2 weeks time, I've seen the biggest gains ever. My muscles look fuller and I'm getting more cut. The fat is melting from my mid-section. Because the A- HD has to be cycled, I wish the RUSH could be purchased separately. Also, the blue raspberry isn't bad but I wish the A-HD would have been the fruit punch flavor in this combo also.Comments about BPI SPORTS RUSH™/A-HD™ Combo:
