I've just completed 2 weeks in a 4-week program from one of my fitness magazines. During this time I've been stacking several BPI products: the A-HD/RUSH combo, 1.M.R, BLOX, and BUILD-HD. I take the A-HD, BLOX, and BUILD-HD everyday, and the 1.M.R and RUSH on workout days only.
In 2 weeks time, I've had the biggest gains ever. My muscles look fuller, and body fat is going down significantly. The fruit punch flavor is better than any other competitors fruit punch flavored supps. I can't wait to see the final results of this 4-week workout, and then get started on a new program.
