I was given a box of Gamma Labs PTF packets to try out by a longtime friend and trainer. Initially, I was skeptical, due to past experiences taking pre-workout supplements, that caused adverse reactions, especially due to my low tolerance for caffeine. Last night, however, I begrudgingly drank a bottle of water with one packet mixed in prior to my workout. As a crossfitter, I aim for quick recovery and clear mindedness during a workout to ensure that my intensity is high, and my attention to the details of my workouts is sharp. This product enhanced those attributes exponentially. After completing "Fran" a new Personal Record time, I rested for about 15 minutes and did 50 burpees for time. The increased blood flow to my muscles was incredibly noticeable, allowing my body to work harder and longer than ever before. And the adverse reaction I had experienced from other products? Non-existent; I fell asleep in no time. I'm not sure if I'll ever go to the gym without taking this product again.
