Supplement Facts
RECOMMENDED USE TO ACCESS YOUR TOLERANCE: As a dietary supplement, begin by consuming 1 scoop of N.O.-XPLODE mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water. Vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. Wait 30 minutes to access your tolerance. If appropriate, after 30 minutes, consume an additional 1 scoop mixed with 5-6 oz of cold water and access your tolerance again.

RECOMMENDED USE ON TRAINING DAYS: Once your tolerance has been assessed, mix 1-3 scoops with 5-18 oz. of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 5-6 oz of water per 1 scoop of powder. Again, vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level. To achieve maximum results, take on an empty stomach (i.e. at least 2 hours after a meal or 1 hour after drinking a protein shake).

NON-TRAINING DAYS: Mix 1 scoop with 5-6 oz. of cold water and consume on an empty stomach.

For maximum results consume 120 oz of water per day alongside a protein and carbohydrate-rich diet. Your body chemistry and weight will determine how long it takes to experience the initial effects of N.O.-XPLODE™ 2.0. After 12 weeks of use, discontinue for at least 4 weeks. Store N.O.-XPLODE™ 2.0 in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

It has been speculated that AAKG may increase production of nitric oxide, a substance known to enhance blood flow. In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.

Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

      If you have high blood pressure or you're over 50 it is recommended that you shouldn't use this product. If you're a first time preworkout no xplode user start off taking a half scoop to 1 scoop to get your stomach used to the product because I know a few people who started off taking 2 scoops and it upset their stomachs.
      Now for the good news!!! I've been using this product for 3 years and have seen tremendous strength gains along with increased energy and focus and I highly recommend this product to high school. / college football players and anyone who wants strength / muscle gains, more energy , and focus while pushing yourself to the next level. This is not for the average gym user!

      Do not take 4 hours before bedtime. Do not take if you have high blood pressure or tend to retain too much liquid. Too much sodium. Can't use a shaker to make it. Mixes well though.

        This product is great. Hands down best pre workout i have ever used and will not be using any others. There is creatine in the product so make sure that you cycle it. I have already built some muscle and have had more gains in the weightroom since using this as my pre workout and gnc pro performance mass gainer complex as my post and i would reccomend both of these products to anyone who wants to get ripped and big. it is true, "once you use it, you will never train without it."

            Says to use 1 scoop but i only have to take half a scoop to feel the energy. I can work out twice as long as before now and it takes alot longer to reach fatigue. This is the first pre workout i've used but i don't think i'll every switch because of how great it works. I would recommend this to anyone, just remember to not take it within 4 hours of bedtime, or you'll be tossing and turning all night.

              I use this product before my workout, which is best because this gives you that boost that will take you the extra 1000 miles. One thing i would recommend is to stay hydrated. Drink at least 120 oz of water a day. Side effects will occur if you do not drink.
