I had never run 21km before, and ended up doing it sort of on a whim. I was really worried I'd end up with damage from over-exertion, so I went home and had a GOOD4U Recovery and a warm bath. I didn't feel a thing the next morning! No soreness, nothing! Yet after my usual 5km runs, I'm stiff the next day. This drink works great! It's also one of my favourite flavours of the 4 varieties they offer.
