I got this as a free sample. It taste like Koolaid with sucrose rather than sugar. I took it and felt itching to work out, even an hour later. It does dialate the blood vessels a little leading to rosy cheeks for me. And is one of the few supplements that reminds me of the "can do" effect of a certain banned drug. I would say it's great for people who feel drained from lethargy.
