As a dietary supplement take one scoop of MYO-X™ daily. MYO-X tastes amazing and can be eaten as a dry powder or you can also prepare as a drink by mixing one scoop in approximately 6-8 ounces of cold water and consume immediately. For best consistency, mix in a blender for 20-30 seconds. NOTE: Due to specialized delicate processing of this product, some clumping, even after blending is normal. Do not cook with this product of add to hot water.

This stuff tastes great. It is effective also. I noticed some gains in size but mainly in strength. Over the course of a can, I was able to break through some plateus. My main complaint is that there isn't a lot of information on this product; ideal time to take it, should I cycle it, etc. It really doesn't mix well but that didn't bother me because it tasted so good, I just ate the powder which is actually recomended on the can. Good Stuff. I would use this again.

One scoop as I wake up works great! This stuff tastes like a sugar cookie, no water or mixing neccessary. It makes my muscles feel fuller, makes pumps last longer. In two weeks I gained three solid pounds of muscle (i'm not new to this game either, that's just a good product.) the only downside is you get obscenely sore after almost every workout but it goes away really fast so it's actually almost enjoyable.

I just eat this stuff staright up out of the scooper. It tastes great that way. I have gone through one bottle of this stuff and have gained 5.6 lbs. in the month I have been taking it. It might not sound like a lot but I am on a strict diet and gaining muscle mass is hard for me. My recovery time has been great. After a leg day I use to be sore for 3-4 days. And my chest use to be so sore that I couldn't even scratch my head. But taking this has made all that go away. I know there is doubt about this product but I wouldnt knock it till you try it.

been using for about 3 weeks.i have been gaining weight {2-3 lbs} without any gain in body fat %. may try to continue program without product after 4 weeks and track any gains and report back my findings. It seems as though it has helped gain lean mass but not how the exaggerated ads make you conclude.

Hello. I have been taking this product for two weeks, and I've gained 3 pounds so far (with diet and workout routines basically the same). I don't complain at all, as those 'little' three pounds have been noticed already by others. Even with that, I'm a bit skeptical... Is this really working, or is it just water bloating? The product for sure grabbed my attention. I'll probably do a second bottle before I cycle. Will keep you posted.

So I was recommended this stuff by a friend, and i had never thought of searching for a myostatin inhibiting supplement before... so i gave it a shot. After about a months use of the product, i can confidently say that this product has definitely help me gain extra muscle mass, and also helps lean you out. I was skeptical of MHP product because they usually like to make products that aren't the leanest in muscle production, But this product is a must try. Looking forward to my next month on this supplement. Also stuff tastes awesome... no mixing or nothing, just pop a scoop into your mouth and on with the rest of your day you go. Kind of reminds me of a macadamian/ peanut brittle type of taste.

I've been at a plateau for several months. With Myo-x I busted through it. I went from 285 to 315 for 4 sets of 12 on my squats in two weeks. Granted I also take Russian Bear 5000, Encharge and Creatine 189. But I was still at a plateau until I added Myo-x. I've also gained a half an inch on my arms in two weeks. I love this stuff!

I use Myo-X daily. Seems to add a bit of extra energy to my day. As for its core promise of reducing serum myostatin and thus increasing muscle growth, I can't yet *really* say after two weeks. Maybe it's doing something? I feel a little harder and bulkier, but maybe that's just from the savage back workout I did yesterday. I will return and revise comments after two months. I recommend as "safe to try", not yet as "effective". Don't bother mixing Myo-X. It tastes fine straight off a spoon.
