This product fills such a gap in the supplement industry. If you are a cross-trainer, this is a must in your arsenal of tricks to keep you going til the end. I am training for a triathlon and it really helps me push to new limits. It gives me energy without raising my heart rate like other pre-workouts. This product is a must try!
