1 serving (1/2 scoop) twice a day. On training days take your first serving with 4-6 oz of water on an empty stomach 0-30 minutes before a workout. Consume your second serving intra workout. Adjust water amount to desired consistency. Do not take more than two servings in a 24 hour period.
