I'm a big fan of iSatori, so I was pretty interested when I saw this one come out. I work out pretty hard and hate those "day after the day after can't climb up the stairs days"! So I was pretty sure this could help. The first thing I noticed was that it actually tasted good. It's sweet but not too sweet and pretty refreshing. Really easy to drink during a workout. But I wanted to make sure it was going to really work. So I worked out hard. It was a chest day, and I pushed extra weight, did extra sets, and sipped Restoraid the whole time. It quenched my thirst, but best of all, I wasn't sore. I should have been sore. I know my body well enough to know in the past, I would have been in some serious pain. I've continued using the product for intense workouts for the last month—both crossfit workouts and weights, and this is one I'll be buying again. Good stuff.

I don't know anyone who likes to feel so sore they can hardly move the next day, and with Restoraid, that becomes a total non-issue. Train really, really hard. Feel great again the next day, so you can do it all over again. I especially recommend it for when you're switching up your training or doing something unusual for you (like hiking a 14'er in Colorado). Plus, it really does taste delicious and I find it quite refreshing. It rehydrates as well as helping with recovery. Works for me!
