I have been a competitive athlete all my life. Baseball, golf, gymnastics, diving and tennis. Strength and endurance products, I have tried them all. Now at 57 yrs old I am pacing at a rate in my early 40's. I am a scratch golfer kicking guys butts half my age. This product is like a fountain of youth pill! I kept it a secret for about 2 months before I had to tell my wife and buddies. I have less pain from strenuous workouts and recover by next morning. But you need to double the amount to gain the fastest recovery. It makes me a little more thirsty so I hydrate 2x more. My last physical blood tests shocked my doctor and I told him about it. Thank you GNC associate for recommending this product. I tell everyone about it. I wish I had this when I was in my 30's.
