use it 2 times a day , day and evening. Only take one that I dont felt anything, I tried took 2 pills 7am, it made me feel full till 2pm ,but night time cannot take and I feel hungry again. Instrution said cannot take more than 2 a day. I think it is work but not strong enough for me.
