As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 scoops with 8-16 oz. of cold water 30-45 minutes prior to training. Start by taking one scoop to assess tolerance and increase the dosage slowly. Some individuals may find 1, 1.5, or 2 scoops is the ideal dose pre-workout. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Contents may settle after shipping. Shake container prior to each use. Store in a cool, dry place. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.

This product gives me the boost I need after working a full law enforcement shift. A scoop and a half is all I need or sleep may be difficult to find later on. Craze boosts energy and I KILL through reps and workouts without muscle failure of burn out. I can stack reps for FAR longer than I ever could. Great for muscle building, cardio and by beloved Crossfit workouts! Stacking muscle with this stuff!

I typically use this supp like the directions say to do-- about 30-40 mins before my workouts. This way, by the time I'm ready to workout this really gives me that extra edge that I need in order to fulfill a long and energy-fueled workout. With Craze, I can really go about a full hour lifting while starting with a full mile cardio warmup. Only couple of drawbacks to this product is its horrible taste (Candy Grape- although I stack it with another pre-supp that is actually good tasting so its not bad) and a massive feeling of fatigue that hits you near the end of your workout, but I guess thats not such a bad thing. All-in-all, this product really does the trick if you need that extra boost.

I have tried lots of supplements during the two years I have been into lifting. From C4, Jacked 3d, 1MR, and many others. I was stuck on C4 for a long time but noticed a tolerance after a few months taking it. With craze I feel a whole new level of energy. never makes me feel bad and doesnt effect my cardio in a negative way like others have. Great buy. Have been on this for 2 months and have yet to up dosage. still taking 1 1/2 scoops as when I started using it

Best pre-workout out there in the market. I have tried a lot of different pre-workout like 1mr, acg3, pump fuel, assault, no 370, c4, rampage, shotgun no. None of these compare to the focus, energy and strength you get from craze. It's almost as good as Vyotech Nitrobolic Extreme which I still think its best supplement I ever took, wish one day they bring it back. You will get that "BEAST" feeling when you just can't stop working out.

This is my favorite workout product. From the first dose, I noticed a difference. Great energy, nice pumps, laser focus, and I just never felt fatigued. I have tried too many pre-workout type products, and all have the same result; 10-14 days into using the product, I build a tolerance. Craze, on the other hand, continues to deliver the same results without an increase in dose, even after 5 jars of it. Try it, you will be glad you did.
