As a dietary supplement, take 1-2 scoops with 8-16 oz. of cold water 30-45 minutes prior to training. Start by taking one scoop to assess tolerance and increase the dosage slowly. Some individuals may find 1, 1.5, or 2 scoops is the ideal dose pre-workout. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 6 hours of sleep. Contents may settle after shipping. Shake container prior to each use. Store in a cool, dry place. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD.

I use the product as a preworkout drink,it works well with alertness and energy. I didn't feel my blood rushing and am unsure if that is a good thing or not.

I take this as a pre work out for energy and focus. I am 215 pounds and take 1 and a half scoop. I like that there are no jitters or overwhelming feeling of energey. I would describe it as clear and focused feeling. The cost is on par for other prework outs and it has 45 servings. The taste is not the best or the worst, taste like alot of sweetner but decent taste. Overall good product because there is no crash like other highly caffineated products.
