they have everything I was looking for in a BCAA. they are quality because GNC has their name on it. the problem is the awful taste and from the way it looks, with only one selection. tropical punch, youre quite limited. if you chew quick and get it down, youll be good, if not, you;ll be chewing forever and the taste gets worse the more you chew it. all in all, I would buy it again. shortened recovery time like I was looking.
