This is a great product. Most people who write these reviews don't say what they do in their daily schedule. I work out everyday, and do cardio everyday as well. Loosing 6 pounds the first week, then 4 1/2 the second week is all I could ask for. It suppresses your appetite, and makes you feel fuller faster. Eating a very well proportioned diet, and exercising could enhance the way this product works. It also gives you a lot of energy, and no crash! It can deplete important minerals, but if you take the right supplements everyday you would be fine. Last thing, there are many Green Coffee Bean Extract pills, but they must have Chlorogenic Acid at a minimum of 45% to work well. I take four pills a day, two in the morning, one at lunch, and one for dinner with plenty of water and always before I eat.

Just started taking these - it strange to burp a rasberry flavor, guess I could be a gross flavor, so I am glad in a way. According to all I have read this takes 16 weeks to get full benefits - so I will see. Can't say they work yet because I haven't been taking them long enough.

My husband and i are both using this. We've went thru two bottles, and both lost inches off our waist. I'm down down 17 pounds (in 4 weeks), and he's down 21 pounds. Not fair. lol. Anyway, we L-O-V-E It. it works to really suppress appetite and curb emotional cravings to eat. I also lvoe that it has Raspberry ketones as well, and this combo must be why it works so well. Every year, my mom makes the BEST Christmas cookies, and despite my best efforts, I've never been able to resist, no matter how hard I've tried, and I've always gained weight over the holidays (as much as 10 pounds--agh). This year, I did still enjoy her cookies, what can I say, but I must have done better resisting with GCBLean800 because I haven't gained even a pound. True, I didn't lose weight this month, but now that the New Year is almost here, I'm going to try the diet that came with the product, and I expect I'll lose those last 10 to 15 pounds of stubborn fat with no problem. It looks pretty easy to follow, and I look forward to even greater success. And next year, when faced with those cookies, I will make sure I have plenty on hand to keep off the holiday pounds.
