Ive used just about the entire bottle and the only thing I can say is my recovery time is good. Other than that this product is worthless. I can just get Optimum Nutrition's recovery powder for half this price. Im going to return this today.

It took me awhile to figure out when to take HighT Black (original) to get the best results based on the way the caffeine affected me. This could be a problem if I took the pills every day but was delayed in starting my workout due to my job. With caffeine free I'm not getting that caffeine buzz, which I prefer to regulate myself if I choose to. I've tried multiple similar products but HighT Black Caffeine Free is definitely the best I've yet to find.

Tried this because I'm 50 and wanted to see if I could regain some energy and stamina, and also to bounce back quicker after a workout. Didn't need any bedroom help and can't really notice any difference there. However, I'm on my second stint of 60-days-on/30-days-off and I think it's improving my overall wellbeing; I can push through a better run and I believe I'm seeing more muscle definition but I'm also trying a no-gluten diet just to see what it does. Probably shouldn't try two things at once, but I'm already doing it...the gluten thing I'm doing to try to aid my joints and I feel less pain now, so that might be the ticket.

This is a great product. I stack it with High G, for maximum benefit. I'm a competitive triathlete, and this combo increases the effectiveness of my workouts and speeds recovery. I've noticed increased muscle definition over the last month or so of use. I prefer the caffeine free version, but will take the caffeinated version on race day for an added kick.
