As a dietary supplement, mix 1-2 micro scoops (3.65-7.30 grams) with 3-4 ounces (90-120 mL) of water per scoop and consume 30-45 minutes prior to workout. The ideal individual serving for workout domination may vary between 1-2 scoops. DO NOT EXCEED 2 SCOOPS IN ANY 24 HOUR PERIOD. Consult with your physician before using this product. Contents may settle after shipping. Shake container prior to each use to redistribute ingredients. Moisture and humidity can cause clumping and discoloration. Store in cool dry place. [2 stars] It has been speculated that AAKG may increase production of nitric oxide, a substance known to enhance blood flow. In one study, AAKG improved measures of strength and short-term power performance in weight lifters.Nitric oxide is the popular name for AAKG (arginine alpha-ketoglutarate), a compound made from the amino acid L-arginine and alpha-ketoglutarate, a substance formed in the body's energy-generating process. AAKG is a popular supplement among bodybuilders and other athletes because of claims that it increases production of nitric oxide in muscles. Nitric oxide is known to have blood-flow-enhancing effects,1 which could in theory increase the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to exercising muscle. While L-arginine by itself is known to increase nitric oxide production, no research has been done to show that AAKG does the same. However, double-blind trials of AAKG suggest it improves some measures of strength and power resulting from weight training.2, 3

i was buying this and they change the formul i did not like it. it was not as strong as the original i did the 2 scoop daily or 3 to 4 times a d ay before i worked out. and nothing happen i did not get that extra boost or push for more to work out. i used the whole container in 30 days. and still no result. why did they change the formula? it was stronger when it had the original formula. the wimpy people complaint of ther side affect red in the face and feeling wired etc... i have no idea why they had to change it, i stop buying this jack3d the new furmula is weak...

This product is great. I thank USP labs for launching another flavor to their formula. Lemon lime is much better than tropical punch. I had worked out with jack3d for 2 years now and this new formula is just great.

I did not get a good workout in with 2 scoops, ihad to up it to 4 but i workout every day, and this would not last me not even a week if i kept my scoops at 4
