I use this right when I wake up in the morning. This is my first supplement so I wasn't sure what to expect. The first two days it was a major caffeine rush, but by day three its much more controllable energy. It helps with appetite control so you wont feel hungry for a little while after taking it. There weren't any cons for me personally. I love this stuff.

I have one drink every morning when I wake up. It makes me feel full and not wanting to eat bad food. I drink it with a 1500 mg B-12. It makes me feel good everyday till lunch. Seems to be working helping me loose weight.

AWESOME burst of energy! Love the taste. Put it in my 1 gallon water jug I drink throughout the day and was still good with that much water! Had my six small meals a day and drank this right before the gym and then sipped all day long. I would highly recommend this. I will be cycling this-HD pump and the 1 MR. My second favorite supplement through these guys after the HD-pump!
