first off id like to say ive always been wary of pre-workouts because i have a very high metabolism and was worried the stims in it would make me jittery. but this pre-workout is fantastic. it helped me push harder then i usually can and for longer. the amino1 not only tastes great but is awesome in shortening recovery time. the zma max is fantastic. the first time i took it i was out in ten minutes and didnt wake up till the next morning. gave me a deep peaceful sleep. the daily vitamin tastes funny but dont all of them. works good though the only unfortunate thing is with having a high metabolism the probiotics worked a lot quicker than i was expecting but it did get rid of a lot of waste and helped me lean out. as with any supplements take the recommended dosage and drink plenty of water and this will work wonders for you.
