This product offers the advantage of individualized dosing. Start off with only 1 liquid capsule in the morning and 1 liquid capsule in the afternoon on your first day. Depending on your individual needs you can chose to increase the dosage to 2 liquid capsules per serving. Some people will prefer 1 capsule per serving whereas others may opt for a 2 capsule serving.
