I follow a strength program along with a lot of metabolic conditioning, so recovery is key. I drink one of these every rest day and on days when I just feel drained and/or overly sore. I feel it really does help with my recovery. The main selling point is the anti-inflammatory piece of it, and that's key for any strength program.
I highly recommend giving this stuff a try. Oh, and it tastes great too. ...also good with vodka and for hangovers. :)- Gender:
